REGISTRATION FOR NEW MEMBERS FOR THE TERM 1 2024 IN ALSAA IS NOW OPEN.

Please note that all of our classes for 4-7 year olds are fully booked and we have just a few remaining places left for 8+ years  for the Autumn 2024 term. We have waiting lists in operation & some of these waiting lists are now closed.

​

New member registration for recreation, teen & ninja gym is now open for the August - November 2024 term. 

We have an online class management software called iClassPro.

​​

Read below for information on our customer portal where you will have access to easy class booking, account updates, payments, the term calendar, club news and much more.

Training for new members started on Thursday 29th, Friday 30th and Saturday 31st August 2024. Please note that the term fee will be prorated if joining midway through a term.

Term 1 training fees:

Eccles Gymnastics operates a 10% discount on fees for 2 or more siblings. 

​

​

Recreation, Ninja & Teen Gym Class Fee: 

​

12 week term:             

1 child - €174,  2 children - €313.20 (€156.60 each)

​

Fees are automatically pro-rated by the system if starting mid way through the term. 

​

Annual Membership Fee:             

€40 per gymnast* 

​

*Annual Membership fee is Gymnastics Ireland membership which is valid from 1st September 2024 (or subsequent date of payment) until August 31st 2025. This fee is compulsory & non-refundable. Please note that Gymnastics Ireland will not pro-rate this fee for gymnasts joining mid year.

Term 1 begins on Thursday 29th, Friday 30th and Saturday 31st August for new members. The calendar listing term dates is available on our website in the 'Term Calendars' page and also in the 'news' section of the customer portal.

​How to register & pay

Pay Online: To use our iClassPro Customer Portal, click on Customer Portal below. Bookings can only be made through the Customer Portal.

 

Classes are grouped by age and children must meet the age requirements of the class they are being booked in to (they cannot be booked into an older or younger class). The age groups named on the classes are changed during the year, to reflect the increase in age of the gymnasts currently participating in it.

If your desired class is full, please add your child to the waiting list for that class. We may have further places become available during the term - we will be in contact if a place becomes available in your desired class. Please be aware that many of our waiting lists are extremely long, so we may not be in a position to offer you a place for quite some time.

Please note the following when going through the registration process: 

- These are the only places/days/times available at this time
- Ensure to opt IN to receiving emails from us, as all communication regarding classes will be via email
- Please ensure you enter any important medical information/learning difficulties
- Please put two parent/guardian details on the account for emergency contact purposes
- Places can only be booked online and are on a first come, first served basis
- Please note that all 4 year olds need to be independent with toileting in order to attend classes.

Please note that most of our classes are now fully booked for the Autumn 2024 term but we have waiting lists in operation & some of these waiting lists are now closed.

All waiting list requests are made online through the iClassPro customer portal Eccles GC Customer Portal.  Please be aware that many of our waiting lists are extremely long, so we may not be in a position to offer you a place for quite some time. Due to a high volume of emails, we are not in the position to answer all emails about waiting lists but you will be contacted if a place becomes available.
